Forty years of word of mouth, finally open online.

Repla Prints has decorated custom apparel in Marietta, Georgia since 1985 — screen printing, embroidery, and promotional items for individuals, small businesses, and large corporations across metro Atlanta. In 2026, Logicbomb Media replaced its outdated storefront with a headless Shopify + Nuxt build — and online orders arrived the same day it launched.

The ceiling

A great reputation the internet couldn't see.

Repla Prints is a family-run custom-apparel decorator that has been in business since 1985 — four decades of screen printing, embroidery, and promotional items built largely on local relationships and word of mouth across metro Atlanta.

The problem was straightforward but limiting. The shop's aging WooCommerce platform couldn't give customers a real way to browse the catalog or place orders, so nearly every job still started with a phone call or an email. That back-and-forth capped how far the shop's reach could extend and left revenue on the table from buyers who simply wanted to order. The goal: turn a respected local print shop into a business that could sell and fulfill online — without losing the personal, made-to-order service that earned its reputation.

Engineering note

This build is headless Shopify with a custom Nuxt front end — Shopify as the system of record for catalog, CMS, and order management, with a fast, modern storefront on top. Right tool for the job: a small team gets Shopify's operational simplicity, and customers get a storefront that loads 1200% faster than the old platform.

The build

Shopify behind the scenes. Nuxt out front.

LBM delivered a headless commerce build pairing Shopify with a custom Nuxt front end — Shopify powering the catalog, CMS, and order management behind the scenes, and a fast, modern storefront on top. More than 1,500 products across 15 categories are now live and browsable, and all product and order data flows through Shopify, keeping operations simple for a small team while giving customers a real online buying experience for the first time.

The centerpiece is a custom ordering portal for dropshipped products, alongside an on-demand model that lets organizations order branded merchandise as they need it rather than buying in bulk and storing it.

Customers can order, customize, and drop ship directly from the Marietta facility — the made-to-order service that built the business, now self-serve.

Day one

Orders the same day the site went live.

The impact was immediate: conversions jumped as soon as the site went live, with online orders arriving the same day as launch — a direct, day-one return on the investment. Customers rate the new shopping experience 4.9 out of 5.

The engagement was scoped as a one-time build plus consulting, modernizing Repla's commerce foundation while leaving the shop in full control of its catalog and operations through Shopify. The storefront is live at replaprints.com.

Day-one results start with one conversation.
